Job Description
As a Draftsman/Woman, you will be responsible for preparing engineering designs and drawings, developing design sketches, and preparing construction specifications, costs, and material estimates. This role also involves preparing contracts and tenders, writing specifications, estimating costs and materials, and completing documentation packages and drawing sets. Additionally, you will examine drawings for conformity and errors. The position requires on-site work in Mississauga, with no option for remote work.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must have a College/CEGEP education or equivalent experience, along with 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience. Candidates should hold certifications in AutoCAD, Architectural Drafting, and Drafting Trade. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk REVIT, MS Office, and other desktop applications is essential. A criminal record check is required, and candidates must own a vehicle.
